Q: Do you accept insurance?

Although many of our clients have vision insurance, We are an out of network provider. If you have vision benefits that you’d like to use on an eyewear purchase, we’ll happily provide you with the documentation needed for reimbursement from your insurance.

Q: What are your hours?

Monday – Saturday. 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Q: I have a new prescription, but want to keep my current frame. Can i replace the lenses?

Yes! As long as your frame is in good condition we’re happy to replace your lenses.

Q: What should i bring when i come to pick out new glasses?

It’s always helpful to bring a copy of your prescription from your eye doctor. Don’t have a copy? That’s ok! We can request one from your doctor’s office while you shop. We also suggest bringing along all your current prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses.

Q: How long will it take to get new glasses?

Not long! Most orders are completed in 2-3 business days.

Q: Is there someone in the store who can help me pick out my frames and lenses?

That’s our specialty! With close attention to detail and by asking the right questions, our expert opticians make sure you leave looking great and seeing great in your new glasses!

Q: Why don't i recognise the most of the brand names of the desginer frames you carry?

The majority of our frames are from independent eyewear designers. As a result, our frame selection is truly one of a kind, filled with frames that are timeless, different, and unique…as well as durable and comfortable.
